Cheese Press

A small 'Dutch' cheese press. Solid hard maple throughout chosen because of its anti-bacterial qualities around foodstuff. A suitable alternative  would have been European beech. Both hard maple and beech are traditional wood choices for chopping boards, wooden spoons, and other wooden items found in food preparation areas.
